How to Change the Compatibility Level for a Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or 2008 Database

My Digital Life has a post on how to change the compatibility level for a Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or 2008 database.

One criticism I have with the post is that it has an optional first command to set the database into SINLGE_USER mode, but at the end doesn't remind the user to set it back to MULTI_USER mode, assuming that the database was in MULTI_USER mode to begin with of course.
